This role will support highly functional, secure, scalable, and robust software solutions from the product ideation stage to production deployment through collaboration with product owners, architects, test engineers, dev-ops, operations, etc. Full-stack development – contribute to the design of backend DBs and queries, API creation and consumption, and contribute to front end UI development. Takes ownership and responsibility for one or more applications in a solution. Provide application architecture and design artifacts and conduct design reviews. Presents solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Take a hands-on role in influencing development activities, architecture decisions, participate in designs, design review, code review, and implementation. Analyze existing software for Usability and Accessibility issues and provide recommendations for improvement. Participation in Test Driven Development. Ensure the product adheres to architecture standards, risk management standards, and security policies and can take on the DEV lead for the scrum team.

You will need to have 10+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent. You’ll need familiarity in any one of the programming languages (Java/ C++) and design patterns.

The on-target earnings range is $133,173-$221,956 which includes a base salary of $110,978- $184,964, short-term (15% of base), and long-term (5% of base) incentives that align with individual and company performance.
